If the jump is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be notified via email or phone. You can reschedule your jump or receive a full refund.

If you cancel your jump within 7 days of the scheduled jump date and time, ₱5,000 per jumper will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled jump will receive a full refund. You can reschedule your jump on a later time without any additional fee.

There are no minimum age requirements for tandem skydiving, as long as you are in good health and fits in the harness. For children you must have consent from a parent or guardian.

Yes, an additional PHP 3,000 per jumper overweight fee applies for jumpers weighing over 90kg (198 lbs). This fee is payable in cash on-site after weigh-in, before your jump. The fee is not included in your online booking total and must be paid separately on the day of your jump. Weight will be checked at the dropzone before your scheduled jump time.
